4 summer party looks inspired by Cabo Verde

Posted on Posted in Beauty
Hello everyone!

While being in Cabo Verde I experimented with some summer party looks to wear them at night. I came up with 4 original looks, to stand out at every summer party!

As promised in my swatches post of the Urban Decay Born To Run palette, I would create some looks for you to try. Since this palette is promoted as the ultimate travel palette, it is the one I took with me on my trip. And I can tell, the claim is true! You can really create any look with this palette so it is great to travel.

I packed some colorful eyeliners with me as well, because the summertime is really THE time to use them! All of them are by NYX. NYX is a really good brand if you are looking for colorful makeup to play around with. The quality is very good, and the price is also very friendly for your wallet.

Most of these looks took me about half an hour to create. By half an hour I mean the complete look, so face, powders, brows, mascara, lips and all that jazz are included. I think that’s a reasonable amount of time to spend when you are on vacation.

Blue eyeliner: NYX Cosmetics. Shades: Still Shot, Baja, Hell Ride, Wildheart.

I tried to experiment as much as possible with the Born To Run Palette to create these summer party looks. If I had to choose a favorite look, I would pick Festival Vibes, because of the soft hues that flow over in each other and the golden dots as a fun detail in this look.

What is your favorite look out of these 4?

See you next time!
