Early spring days // Stila Sea Siren review

Posted on Posted in Beauty
Hello everyone!

Spring isn’t here yet, but we can still bring some color into our eyeshadow looks. Today I am reviewing the Stila Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow in Sea Siren. It is a liquid duochrome shadow. Right up my alley!

I chose the color Sea Siren because of the beautiful purple, pink and the cool-toned glitter in it. I love how many shades there are in this color. It is a unique color, so I decided to go for this one.

This color is perfect for this time of the year. It is cool toned, perfect for the colder days, and it is pink, perfect for warmer days. The packaging is pretty, quite simple in the Stila-style. The product has a dough-foot applicator and retails for 24 dollars.

You can definitely see the duochrome in the color. Love it!

I created a look with the shade and I am very much impressed. I decided to put on 2 coats for an opaque color. Afterwards, I used a little bit of ‘Prom‘ by Makeup Geek eyeshadow to set the color in place so it wouldn’t crease. I am very happy with the lasting power of this product. It lasts all night I wore it.

Overal impression

I am very happy with this product and I will definitely continue to use it throughout spring. I am even considering buying another shade, because it is so pretty. It is also very quick to use in the morning if you want a pop of color in your look. It lasts all day, perfect for a long working day. The dough-foot applicator makes it very easy to use. As I said I used 2 coats, but it isn’t even necessary. It looks so great on its own!

I rate this product a 9/10.

That was it for today. What do you think of this color?

See you next time!
