Hello everyone!

Today I am finally bringing to you this review of the Miss Manga mascara by L’Oreal. It took me a while to get it up, but yet, here I am. Curious about my thoughts about this mascara? Let’s continue reading!

Packaging

The packaging of the mascara is very pretty. It has a metallic pink finish which makes it look very unique. I think it is a pretty big and stocky packaging, thou.

The wand looks very special as well. It looks a bit like a cone, big at the roots and it becomes smaller near the end.

It is also a flexible wand, because when I want to put mascara to the roots of my lashes when blinking, this thingy really wobbles, haha! It bothers me a little, but it is better than those stiff wands that hurt your eyes.

Product

The product itself is very fluid, which is a good thing to me because I like wet mascara’s. I feel that they do the job better than those dry ones. I tend to reach for wet mascara’s the most. The product has a very chemical smell to it which is a bummer. I don’t like this industrial or chemical because it gives me the feeling that the product is unhealthy to put on your face.

The mascara does it’s job very well, my lashes became longer and got more volume with just one coat.

It really has a lengthening effect. In just one coat the mascara gives your lashes a boost. If you are in a hurry, this mascara is good because you only need one layer to look presentable.

Since I am a real mascara lover, I applied a second coat after the first one is dried. Here is when you have to watch out, because my lashes went clumpy after the second coat. I had to use a lash comb to get the clumps out. Better to stick with one coat with this baby!

Here, I have applied one coat.

Moving on to the bottom lashes, here is where you can see that the mascara has it’s name from. My bottom lashes tend to stick together a little bit like those Mangadolls you see. It didn’t really bother me, because it was a just a little effect, nothing much. If the effect were bigger, I wouldn’t like it because it just doesn’t seem natural.

Overall view

Overall, this is a good mascara. I love the product because it does the job really well. I love the fact that you can just use one coat and hop out the door. I will definitely use it again especially when I am back in the studenthouse in college, because I want to sleep in as much as I can, haha.

On this pictures I have applied just one coat.
On this picture I have applied two coats. As you can see it goes a little bit clumpy.

+Pretty packaging
+ Wet formula (depends on what you like)
+ Easy wandshape
+ One layer does the job

– A little too flexible wand
Chemical smell
– Gets clumpy when applying a second coat

To conclude, I would give this product a 7/10.

That was it for today, I hope you found this review helpful and let me know in the comments what your favourite mascara is!

See you next time!
