Hello everyone!
How are you all doing? Today I have a review of the allround contourkit by Catrice. I also have a demo so you guys can see how I apply this product. Let’s go!
Wat does it promise?
The product contains five different shades to contour and highlight your face. There are two contour shades, a darker and lighter one. Then there is a rosy concealer and a banana coloured shade and a shimmery highlighter. The product costs 3,99 euros.
The product promises five creamy matte textures to create a perfect contour and highlighter. The product will define your contours perfectly.

Overall view
Overall, I do not like this product. In opposition to what the product promises, the shades aren’t creamy at all. You really have to rub into the products to get a bit of color out. It is definitely not an option to put your brush in it because it will not pick up anything. I use my hands to apply it on my face because it doesn’t work otherwise. I thought I would need the lightest brown color, but I had to use the darker one to get some color on the face. When the contour is on the face, you have to blend quickly because otherwise it would look stained.

The rosy concealer I didn’t use since it had the same hard texture as the contour shades so it wouldn’t look good. I used the banana shade in a triangle under my eyes. This worked, if I applied two or three layers, which cannot be the intention of the product. I did notice a light effect. The highlighter has the same texture but looks a bit more greasy on the face.
The colors itself look quite good once you managed to apply the textures on your face. It provides you with a nice contour color on your cheeks. The bananashade did his job quite good. That area is lightened and looks illuminated. The highlighter looks a bit greasy on camera, but it isn’t that bothering.
Quick and short
+ The dark contour shade looks good when applied on the face.
+ The bananashade has a lightening effect
+ Low price
– Hard textures
– No color pay-off
– You have to rub into the product to get something out of the pan
– Greasy highlighter

The points
Luckily the colors look good and natural when applied on the face. Otherwise I would have a hard time looking for positive points on the product. The product has a very low price, which is very noticeable in the quality of the product. I wouldn’t recommend this product, unless if you are on a very tight budget. But I am sure there are other products on the market that have a good quality for the same price. I am sorry, Catrice!
I would give this product a 4,5/10.
That was it for today everyone! I hope you liked this post and let me know if you tried out this product and what you think of it. Also let me know what your favorite contourproduct is, because I would love to know!
See you next time!
