Simple Christmas makeup look // Red and duochrome

Posted on Posted in Beauty

Hello everyone!

It is December, so I can’t hold back the Christmas spirit now. Be prepared for a giant load on Christmas and other holiday themed posts, because this is one of the most beautiful time of the year! Today I created a simple Christmas look for you. This one is for the girls and women out there that usually don’t wear a lot of makeup, but still want to be glammed up for Christmas!

I want to apologize in advance for the lack of quality in these photos but it was hard for me to come up with great quality when it is dark outside since 5pm. I’ll try harder next time, I promise!

The palette I used to create this look. A full review will come up very soon! I used the gold duochrome color called Karma, the light peach color called Peach Smoothie and the golden brown color called Desert Sands.

As you hopefully can see, I have applied the color Peach Smoothie in my crease. I used a generous amount on a big fluffy brush, to create a warm crease shade.

To darken up the crease, I used Desert Sands in the outer V going upward in to the crease. I used it on a smaller fluffy brush using circular motions.

The last shadow is the shimmery, duo chrome shadow Karma. I applied it using a big flat shader brush, all over the lid. I used a few layers to intensify the colors.

I decided to change it up, so I used a red liquid lipstick as an eyeliner! Using an eyeliner brush, I applied a thin layer of red liner.

The finished look! I went with a simple, peachy blush and a true red lipstick. Perfect for Christmas!
