RCMA No Color Powder // Lifesaver of my show makeup

Posted on Posted in Beauty
Hello everyone!

Two weekends ago I had the show of my dance club. The weather was very hot that weekend and we were there for about 5 hours. I performed four times and add some very hot studiolights, no airconditioning, some nerves and sport to the mix. It was amazing and I felt so happy doing that. But a terrible place for makeup, you say? Not if you count the RCMA No Color Powder in.

Since it was a show we also wore quite a lot of makeup. I also had to change my makeup 3 times. How did I manage to keep all those heavy makeup on? Very simple! I used the RCMA No Color powder as a setting powder for my makeup and everything stayed put the entire time.

Show makeup routine

Let me tell you a little bit more about the face makeup routine I did to get flawless skin for the shows. First off is a good primer. Because I didn’t want a cakey heavy base (that might look orange in the studio lights, oh the horror!) I went with a dewy, illuminating primer. I used the Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector in Pearl. After that, I used a royal amount of the MAC FIX+ setting spray. I let that sink in and went on with my brows and eyemakeup.

After the eyes, my skin was next up. I used the Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Ultra Definition Liquid Makeup. Again, a lightweight foundation to prevent creasing and cakeyness. As a concealer, I used Benefit’s Erase paste under my eyes and on blemishes. For some extra coverage without the orange look I used the Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Airbrush Foundation as my powder to set the liquids underneath. It gave my skin that airbrushed look. Time for another good spritz of my MAC FIX+ Setting Spray.

Time for the star of the show: RCMA No Color Powder

I did my blush, bronzer, contouring and everything else and then it was time for my magic trick. When all the products are on my face, except for my highlighter, I grabbed my RCMA No Color Powder to set everything. With a light hand and a medium amount of powder I set everything. It made my skin look more flawless and airbrushed. The colors on my cheeks were less harsh and more natural. After that, highlighter and a good amount of NYX Matte Finish Setting Spray and I was good to go!

I know, it is quite the routine. But I love makeup and if there’s an occasion to go all out, I’ll take it! The RCMA No Color Powder made my skin look soft and it didn’t even made my makeup look sweaty during the show. It doesn’t leave a white cast on your makeup nor does it fade away the other products, unless you want it and put a bit more on. It is truly a No Color Powder.

I’ve also used the product on regular makeup days and I find that it is one of my favorites. It really sets the makeup and makes it last way longer. It’s amazing! And so is the price.

So if you guys are looking for a soft setting powder that literally sets everything, this is your product. Definitely try it out and let me know in the comments what you think.

See you next time!
