Hello everyone!

I am back with another blogpost on fall. Fall is a topseason for fashion and make-up so I had to grab the chance to write something more about it. Since I am a true fallbaby, I decided to write a post about my birthdaycelebrationlooks.

My birthday is on the 18th of November, which is a wednesday. I am in college so on that day I am still in the collegedorms. I decided to celebrate my birthday in my studentcity, Ghent. My friends and I had a great night partying!

outfit wednesday

On wednesday my outfit was casual because when going out in the studentneighbourhood, you don’t need to dress up very much.

I decided to wear my pink dress with a gold-coloured belt paired with a jeans from H&M. I tucked the dress into the jeans so nobody knows I am actually wearing a dress instead of a top. I really like this dress as a top so I am going to wear this a lot more. I am wearing a pink top underneath to feel a little bit warmer. For shoes, I just wore my brown boots by Hampton Bays.

make-up wednesday

I just applied my normal daily foundation routine, which is moisturizer by Nivea, a little bit of Clinique blemish solutions foundation and my MAC powder. I used my browgel by Maybelline to top it off. I primed my eyelids with the Mac paint pot in painterly.

I bought a new eyeshadow stick for myself as a birthdaytreat. It is a new invention by Catrice. It is called Eye’Matic Eyepowder pen. It has a sponge applicator and the product is in the cap. You have to put the applicator into the cap if you want some new product. I think it is very cool to do and to use. It is a cream to powder texture and it feels very silky. I bought in the colour “Keep Calm And Love This Colour.” I applied it all over my eyelid. I also have to say that it has a good lasting power. I wore it the whole night and when I came home late night, my eyeshadow still looked fine.

I set the Catrice eyeshadow with my MAC eyeshadow in Dazzlelight. I decided to go for a Champagne look because it was time to celebrate! 😀 In my crease I used an eyeshadow by the Naked 3 palette. I picked “Tease” and put it in my crease. I blended this colour out with my MAC eyeshadow in ‘Wedge” with a fluffy blending brush. After that, I opened my eye-look with the Made To Stay Highlighter Pen from Catrice. It is in the shade “Eye Like!” and I applied it on my waterline. Then I used a black liner pen from Essence to line my top lashline to give my eyes some depth. I topped off the eyes by curling my eyelashes and applying the Clinique Mascara.

For cheeks, I decided to keep it simple this night. I skipped bronzer and just applied a little bit of blush by The Balm. It is in the shade “Hot Mama”. I cannot live without my highlighter, so of course I wore it this night! My staple piece which I cannot miss is the MAC Mineralize Skinfinish in “Soft And Gentle.” I applied it on the tops of my cheekbones, under my browbone and a little bit on my forehead, nose, cupid’s bow and chin.

A fallbaby cannot live without her maroon lipstick, so neither can I! The one I swear by for a couple of years is the Maybelline Made To Stay liquid lipstick. When I checked it on Maybelline’s website, I couldn’t find the product. I am afraid it isn’t available anymore, so we have to find a dupe for this!

I curled my hair for this occasion.

outfit sunday

On this day I celebrated my 19th birthday with my family. We went out for dinner in a restaurant. I had to dress up a little bit more for this occasion. I wore black nylons with a maroon highwaisted skirt. I paired it with a white lace top from Hollister. For accesories I decided to wear a lightbrown belt, to accentuate my waist a bit more. I tucked the white lace top in my skirt. I wore some thick black socks and my tied up closed heels. As a coat, I wore my yellow mustard coat with knots.

Make-up sunday

This day I wore my make-up a bit more casual since I was with my family on a cosy dinner. I applied my foundation routine just like normal. For blush, I wore a brownish blush with some glitter in it from the brand Technic. It isn’t a known brand but I got it as a gift from my parents a while ago. I topped off my facemake-up with my very-much loved highlighter by MAC.

For eyeshadow, I used only some shades by the Naked 3 palette by Urban Decay. I chose “Factory” and put it all over my eyelid with a fluffy shader brush. I blended this colour out with a big fluffy brush and the colour “Limit.” To finish the eyeshadow, I used the white colour “Strange” on my browbone and my inner corners. I used a generous amount. I also applied a bit on the center of my eyelid. To finish off my eyes, I applied my Clinique mascara.

For my lips I decided to wear my trusty old maroon lipstick by Maybelline. I wore my hair natural.
