First of all, Happy Easter! Hope you had a lovely Easterweekend. I was going through my stash the other day and I realized I have a bunch of products laying around that I didn’t review. I thought was a shame so from today on, I am starting to show those products some love too! I use them for a while now, so I could fully form an opinion about them. Today: Physicians Formula Glowing Nude Wear Blush.
Physicians Formula is known for its original and innovative products and pairing them with beautiful packaging. I always loved them for their stunning packaging and the same goes for this beautiful blush. It comes with a faux leather packaging an a cute little bow on top. The colors are in squares and have glitter lettres on them.
The product claims to brighten and enhance your natural skin tone without looking made up. It gives a radiant touch of color to your face. It should give you a beautiful bare skin effect and a skin-glowing finish.
When I first started using this product, I absolutely hated it. It had no color pay-off and it didn’t show up on my skin. I was so disappointed in Physicians Formula and regretted every penny I put in this product. Also, the glitter lettering is gone after just one swipe of your brush in the blush. It wasn’t very buildable as well.
So as it goes, I forgot about this product and but it aside after a couple of uses. I rediscovered it a few weeks ago and decided to give it another try. I was surprised because I started to like it a lot more now. It does show up and I especially like it when I go for a contoured or bronzed look, because it brightens up my face and stops the bronzer from looking muddy. I am not a fan of applying it alone on my face, but with bronzer or contour it looks great. I am so happy I found a way to make this product work and use it up in the future.
