Hello everyone!

Happy springdays! I think the Belgian weathergods read my previous blogpost on springspiration, where I was complaining about our Belgian weather. Right now, sun is shining and temperatures are up to 18 degrees! Not very much, but it is something, right? I felt inspired by the sun so I came up with this fun spring makeup look!

What do we need?

The main products of this look. I am using both sides of the Kiko double ended eyeliner. It has a teal blue eyeliner and a cream shadow stick in gold. I am using the orangey shade in the Mac palette, called All That Glitters. The lipstick is a subtle, my lips but better color by Essence.

The look

I am starting off with the cream shadow stick in the gold color. I am using it all over my lid. I am not really a fan of this product because it goes very streaking and it doesn't blend nicely. When wearing it a long time, it creases. As a base, it works perfectly fine!

With a flat shader brush, I am applying the Mac color all over the lid. I am using several layers to get an even coverage. If needed, I use a fluffy blending brush to blend the edges. The Kiko stick created a very nice base for this.

I applied the teal eyeliner on the other side of the Kiko product. I love this eyeliner! It is so smooth and glides on like a dream. What a difference to the cream shadow! I created a very soft wing and completed the look with two layers of mascara. I used a generous amount of the lipstick on my lips.

The finished look! I love this spring makeup. It is something new for me because I never used this colors together. I was just playing around, but it was a good idea to do.
